Meet Paul Garvin

Paul Garvin is the face behind Garvin HydroGeo and has over 14 years of experience in water rights, consulting, and dealing with natural resources.

As a Geologist and Certified Water Rights Examiner, Paul acts as a primary field investigator performing hydrologic, environmental, and water rights investigations at large; this includes remote work with industrial and agricultural properties, rangelands, timberlands, active and inactive mine sites, Superfund sites, and federal lands. Paul is skilled at helping his clients understand their unique situations while maximizing the value of their properties with respect to their water rights.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors with his family; mountain biking, hiking, camping, rafting, or taking the dog for a walk. During winter weekends, Paul can be found teaching snowboarding to students of all ages and abilities at Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort.
